Remote Exercise Programming
Personalized exercise programs tailor-made
for all fitness and vision levels.
All programs written by Evan Schwerbrock, Master’s Kinesiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and experience training with a visual impairment.

We offer 8 week programs, taking your goals, current abilities and available equipment and facilities into account.
Upon delivery of the program, questions can also be answered via email. Reasonable adjustments can be made upon request.
Rates:
$160 for 8 week program

DISCOUNT AVAILABLE
Program rate will be discounted to $125 with proof of donation to one of the three charitable organizations below, minimum $10. So save $25 AND help a good cause! Discount resets after each program.

The Central Illinois Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired is near and dear the our founder’s heart. They provide social and educational programs and other services such as free white canes and white cane clinics for those with visual impairments in the Peoria, Illinois area.
